Our winery is found in the classic and historic region of Valpolicella, in a small valley particularly well know for the cultivation of grapes for fine wine.
Our winery covers an area of 14 hectares over looking the famous village of St. Giorgio Ingannapoltron, known around the world for its marvelous ancient church, cloister, and archeological excavation.
In the beginning, the late Carlo Boscaini (who lived to the venerable age of 102 drinking wine in modest quantity but high quality) produced wine with great passion from leased land. He succeded in aquiring this winery in 1948, and then with his son Arturo Ernesto, worked with care and passion in the production of the grape and it s transformation into wine. In our day, his young nephews Carlo and Mario continue this old and passionate pursuit. In memory of and gratitude to the grandfather, the winery still bears his name today. The vineyards are cultivated with INTEGRATED SYSTEMS.
The pruning and harvesting are done by hand. In the cellars, we produce the wine from our vineyards in the traditional manner but with little modern equipment, and with a minimum of chemical additives. We produce about 60.000 bottles of typical wines Valpolicella, Valpolicella Superiore and Ripasso, Amarone della Valpolicella, Recioto della Valpolicella .Good Wine and Genuine is our motto.

The experience was so surreal as the owner ushered us in warmly and explained everything to us. I felt like I have known him for years. Just chit-chatting like old friends. Superb experience. Definitely recommend this place! Their wines are superb too!

Sehr tolles Weingut! Gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis und sehr charmanter Besitzer. Lohnt sich definitiv hinzufahren, wenn auch nicht ganz einfach zu finden!

Absolutely incredible. We arrived early but it wasn’t a problem, I feel like nothing would be a problem for the amazing family who own this vineyard. Not only did Carlo provide a delicious wine tasting in both English and Italian but he let our kids play in the cellar door and explained everything in incredible detail (with hand drawn pictures)! Very very impressed.

I would definitely recommend this winery for anyone who is looking for a 5 star experience. I went to this vineyard for wine tasting during our visit in Venice, Italy. The transportation was made easier when Carlo friend picked us up from the bus stop so we didn’t have to walk 15min up the hill on a sunny day. Carlo shared with us his life long wine experience that helped us increase our interest even more in everything to do with wine. My favorite wine from the options we had would be Amarone, which we ended up taking home with us. We are excited to come back again in the near future.

Favorite visit of mine in Valpolicella Classico! The 3rd generation owner winemaker Carlo kindly accommodated my travel delay/lateness, and gave me a masterclass on viticulture and vinification! His wines are elegant, herbal, and complex. Vineyards are gorgeously situated up the hills. Would high recommend visiting this tiny family estate.

Found this winery on Google and the owner Carlo was very prompt in this replies via email and he personally hosted us. He was extremely knowledgeable and shared so much with us about his wines and the valpolicella region. Excellent affordable aramone!
